In 2001, Granite Real Estate was founded by Brady Hill. It wasn't the same Granite Real Estate we know today though. It was a sole realtor working out of his home and his kitchen trying to realize a dream.
As time progressed, and Brady saw success as a realtor, the business expanded. In 2006 business had expanded so much that Brady was no longer able to manage everything from home and Granite Real Estate opened its first office. While small, the office did provide space needed for the business to grow even farther. In 2007 and as business continued to flourish, Norma Jean joined the Granite Real Estate team as the first employee.
Norma helped to expand the business further and her idea and input into the way the business was being run and on how the business could be improved were of great benefit to Granite Real Estate.
